GOLF ALBARELLA

 

The Club was born in conjunction with the construction of the sea links, in 1972. 

The elegant sfacility provides all the services that golfers need: club house, restaurant, hotel, golf school, exams to get the handicap.
The Albarella Golf Links has hosted in recent years various prestigious events such as the International Open of Italy (1986) and the 5° Bmw Ladies Open (1991) which saw, thanks to the particularly rich prize pool, the presence of the best international players, hosted 17 editions of the PGAI tournament, with the participation of the most famous Italian professionals and in 1998 also one of the six Italian stages of the Challenge Tour.
In 2016 the 13th edition of the Pro Am Vialli Foundation and Mauro Golf Cup, a great charity event with the particpation of European Tour professionals, football champions and celebrities.
Over the years, many sports world champions have chosen to play and participate to competitions in Albarella: Fiona May, Alessandro Del Piero, Michel Platini are just some of their names.
